Bdtaka Terms & Conditions

Bdtaka (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting service provider operating sports betting and related services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bdtaka and the user.

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to abide by all the Terms & Conditions set out here. bdtaka's Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

The following general terms must be followed to use our services:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must confirm that you are betting in your own name and with your own funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt at fraudulent activity, system hacking, or gaining unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
• You may not use or share another user's account credentials.

Bdtaka reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

To register with bdtaka, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details will result in account termination and possible forfeiture of any deposited funds.

The following details must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Active mobile number used for payments
• Correct date of birth (for age verification)
• A valid email address (optional but recommended)

KYC Verification: For withdrawals above a certain amount, bdtaka may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This may involve submitting a copy of your National ID card or passport.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Before placing any bets on bdtaka, read the specific rules for each event carefully. Once a bet is placed, it is considered final — bets generally cannot be cancelled or changed.

Odds & Results: Odds displayed on bdtaka are subject to change at any time. Once a bet is successfully confirmed, it will be settled at the odds in effect at that moment.

• Minimum bet amount is BDT 10; maximum limits vary depending on the event.
• Bdtaka is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm due to loss of internet connection or technical errors.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting — always check before confirming.
• Coordinated betting (arbitrage) across multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

Result Settlement: Match results are determined based on official announcements by the relevant authority. In the event of any dispute, bdtaka's decision shall be considered final.

Bdtaka reserves the right to suspend or void any bet where suspicious betting patterns are detected. Accounts involved in match-fixing or any fraudulent activity will be closed immediately and referred for legal action.

Bdtaka currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 BDT
• Deposits are generally instant — funds are credited to your account within a few seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted — if detected, the transaction will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: 500 BDT
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile number used to register your account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses apply to new users or existing eligible users only.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus offer has a set activation window — once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Participating in the same promotion more than once is not permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.

Referral Bonus: To receive a referral bonus, both you and your referred friend must meet the eligibility criteria. bdtaka reserves the right to grant or withdraw referral bonuses.

Bdtaka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users already benefiting from an ongoing promotion will still be able to complete the wagering requirements for any bonus already received.

Bdtaka believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a reliable source of income. We place the highest importance on responsible gambling and have built several protective measures into our platform.

Tools we provide to protect our users:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on how much you want to bet within a given time period.

• Money Laundering or Suspicious Financial Transactions
• Being a minor or operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request

If an account is closed with no rule violations, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Bdtaka reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance via SMS to your registered mobile number or by email.

Updated terms take effect from the date they are published. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept the revised terms.

Bdtaka accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets failing to confirm due to loss of internet connection or technical errors
• Errors on third-party platforms or payment gateways
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence
• Financial losses from betting — betting is a high-risk activity
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc.)

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question. bdtaka is committed to maintaining high service standards, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
